New list of 29 Nocs?! PLEASE HELP!!!

Probably my question is gonna sound obvious and kind of silly but are there really new 29 NOCS?! Or are there any other that we can apply under?!
Because my very good friend was preparing his application for a College teacher and it is not on the list

These are the 29 NOCs that you can apply for FSW1. IF your friend fits one of these NOCs, then s/he can apply for FSW1. If not, then can apply for FSW2 by getting job offer etc.
