New job. Should I inform the CIC?

Everyone,

I applied for CEC in Sept. 2012 under the student stream with 12 months prior experience. On last check in GCMS, my eligibility was "recommend passed".

In March, I got laid off, but I did not inform the CIC based on advice from forum members who said it is irrelevant since eligibility only counts in the 12 months prior to your application (and I agreed).

Now, however, I have a new job (same NOC). Should I inform the CIC?

This has been covered a lot over the last few days so a quick search would give you the answer. Basically, yes, you should advise them.
