New job experience to be shown under Express Entry

Hi,

When I submitted my profile in Express Entry Pool, I had 2 years of experience in a related job and I received an ITA recently.

Now, while I collect my documents, I am shifting to a new job in same domain.

My current company has provided me with reference letter and that covers number of years of experience that I am using for my CRS score.

Do I need to mention my new company under my work experience? Do I need reference letter from new company even though this new job's experience won't add to my score or just the offer letter from my new company should be sufficient?

You new employer providing you with a reference letter that covers your previous experience with another company is misrepresentation. Unless by same domain you mean same company? Get reference letter from your old job for which you received ITA. As you are not claiming points for you new job ( you can’t anyway) state it under personal history.
