New Immigration System in effect Jan 1 2015

Does anyone knows when (if at all), information is going to be available for the new immigration process that starts on January 1 next year?

And, under the new program, is it valid to submit an application while a rehabilitation certificate is processing?

They have listed that the process is going to be similar to the Australian process, I am familiar with it, I have been accepted by the Australian 189-Skilled Independent program. Let's share questions and experiences here, for the ones who, like me want to apply next year for PR in Canada...
