My file is under processing under new immigration category in Buffalo USA since March . its already approved from NOVA . any idea when we can expect to hear back from them .. also have employer who is interested to give job to me when i come to Canada as Software Engineer . He is also ready to issue me the offer letter. I wanted to find out is this letter needed to be approved from labor or just offer letter will be accepted by CIC for faster processing.
