I created EE with valid IELTS results. After waiting sometime I decided to raise my score by re-taking IELTS . I received ITA on 22 of February. my IELTS result came today. Can I update in my application IELTS results during review? or should I leave previous ones, which are still valid too?

You can do either, both are valid.

So, Officer won't consider it misrepresentation? Because information will be different before ITA and after.

if you already got an ITA why not just use the old one...

No, it is not misrepresentation

Because I thought that I should use the latest IELTS results for the process

I personally think the safest course is to submit the result you were invited based on. Usually in these kind of processes(like express entry) they "freeze time" legally speaking, so if you for example aged a year after the invite or whatever, it is not taken into consideration. And you got the ITA based on that IELTS test which you had given them the grades AND the serial number for (if I am not mistaken, inside cic, you input the special code of said exam) so they are probably expecting to see THAT exam. I think it is safer to just submit the one you filled your application about...

Why fix something that is not broken.
If you have already got ITA, why do you wan't to your New IELTS score.
With your new IELTS score, its not that your Old scores are not valid, they are valid too.

Using the latest ones is not a problem. They freeze CRS at the time of EE submission and at the time application submission and then identify if there are any discrepancies in the score, if the score is increased and you have a valid proof of it. There is no problem at all. If the score is decreased and you still are above the minimum cutoff even then you are good to go. If your revised score falls below minimum cutoff then you should decline ITA. But do write an LOE to explain the change of scores and how you are still eligible

you already got an ITA no need to change anything, congrats and good luck.
