New FSW list; any chances?

Hi members

need your urgent advice. my sister was planning to apply for Quebec immigration program, and for that she has given IELTS and made necessary arrangements but not applied yet, but then she heard rumors that FSW occupation list will change and new one will arrive by Feb end. now she has stopped and waiting for new list to come.

now please tell are there any chances for new list to come? and should she wait? she is masters in chemistry.

I am not sure about that and u already said its rumour.

Even if it changes and if she applies before the change then she will fall in the current system.

thanks laxmi, but the two programs are different. that is federal skilled worker and quebec immigration program.

Hi,

You should go to the CIC link of Quebec immigration and follow their instructions step by step. If you find any problem you can ask your queries here in this forum.

For your sister, it is always better to apply in time (if you are eligible under the prevailing rules) otherwise changes can be made any time and without any notice.
