Hey guys, just letting everyone know that these 2 forms have been updated on CIC website as of February and March 2016

it says March 2016 but it seems to have gone active on their website around April 9th.

Thank you, It's late posting for the CIC. I submitted my application last April 1, 2016 and my Form 1344 dated march 27, 2016. Do you think CIC will require me to fill out a newly updated form?

I honestly doubt it, although it is a possibility. If there was a major change to the form, likely, but I believe it was a small change.

I compared it to the old one. the one's updated is the Co signers info. They add up co signer's personal details, Contact Information, Residency declaration and eligibility assessment. Since i don't have a co signer in my inland application i hope they wont advice me to send a new one.

I am in the same boat as you guys .

Sent my application on April 6th, 2016 and the forms got updated on April 9th, 2016. I really hope that they don't send our applications back. Getting really worried.

They won't. I would think there is a transition period. When I send my forms some of them were updated after few days too, but they never send it back our application.
They might ask you to send the updated form separately, but I would be very surprised they will send all application back.

Hey guys I have question, I sent our application to my husband in canada last april 6 here in Philippines and arrives at canada on april 11. I signed the part where I should and dated APRIL 6, 2016. do we have to change the IMM 1344 considering that it changed last april 9? I cant put myself at ease when I read this.

i dont think its a big deal to be honest, even if you did the old forms, i dont see major changes besides the co signer like the previous user said.
