New family member after submission of apllication

Hi, my status now is 'IN PROCESS'. MR has been seen to me and my family members, but we just had a baby.
How do I get the VISA OFFICE in Ghana informed and what should I do so as to include our baby in my INFO on their Computer, and I don't want this to delay my long awaiting visa to CANADA?

First send a letter to your visa office to inform that you have a new born baby to be included and the documents will be submitted soon.

Complete the following and send:

1. Forms:

a. Form IMM0008 - Updated with dependent child

b. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

(to be signed by the PA )


(2) Child's birth certificates (which name their parents)
(3) Child's Passport or Travel Documents

-Only include copies of the bio-page of the child showing the pp No., date of issue and expiry, photo, name, date and place of birth. (If u live in a country different from your nationality - include the copy of the page where the child's visa for the country where you currently live.)

4). Four (4) recent photos of child.

5). Application Fees: $150.
You should file-in the Fee Payment form (IMM 5620)

Now a days they are asking for 6 photos.......
