I am currently waiting to have my baby in a few months so I can include him/her in my express entry application. All required documents are underway i.e I have my ielts results, my work references, police reports and proof of funds, just waiting on my ECA from IQAS which should be any day now. My problem however is that I am considering separation from my husband either by divorce or legal separation, but I would want to have my child with me in Canada. Kindly advise what the best way to go about this will be.
