Help?? On the VFS site it requires "Passport in good condition with at least six months validity. ......... Include all cancelled or expired passports, if applicable.
I am trying to figure out when the cancelled/expired passports would be considered APPLICABLE??? Have I missed something somewhere.

1. You send your valid passport and any previous passports that have been cancelled or expired.
