New Delhi visa application

Hey guys,

Need some info. Can a resident of Punjab apply for visa in Delhi office or they only have the option to apply at Chandigarh?

Another thing, for general visa for showing funds, does we need to attach a evaluated document from CA or we need to attach all the savings statements, fd statements etc. along with other documents?

If you want to attach ITR, it should be CA attested that will create good impression , Rest of all take stamp of bank same branch !!!
