hello,

thanks for all the inputs. To set the confusions aside, what I will do is, sit for the IELTS at next available slot.
once the results come. I will send that also to CIO along with rest of the requested form as in the check list for the first stage of application.

that would give a lot of time to arrange other documents also. i will keep this upodated.

Update :

I have just sent my application to CIO, NS through DHL.
I will keep updating this or when I get the documents request and I do send them, will join the relevant thread.

My NOC is 0111 , Visa Office : New Delhi

I sent
all the forms (PA + where required, the spouse too), duly filled and signed/dated (where required )
Fees as a DD for CAD 1250 ( 2 + 1)
Copy of IELTS ( In lieu of the confusion over proof of language at the first instance from April 10th)
Seperate sheets to help complete MAIN DUTIES and SCHOOLS ATTENDED
COvering letter , explaining why my one month daughter's passport field says 'Applied For'
self addressed labels ( the sticker types)
copy of first page and last page of my passport, PA
