You need to scan all documents and make it as a single pdf file or doc file, but remember maximum file size should be 4 or less than 4MB. I prefer pdf, all IMM's forms signature is not must , but the documents like Employment contract and Job offer should be signed before scanning.

About the Family Information Form and check list form as well as 'IMM1295E' form, a field called signature. Do i need to print it and sign and then scan them and upload OR online submittion doesn't require signatures.

When i'm trying to apply online(Spouse Open Work Permit)..... I'm not able to see any option where i can upload documents of my wife's(who is in canada) work permit copy and visa copy and other?

I didn't see either proof of funds section to upload it or payslips and exp certificates?

Please help me on this.

I dont remember uploading pay slips and exp certificate while applying for my S-OWP, however, you have the appendix section where you can add these documents under "explanation" as well to explain your application.
