New Changes From April 10, 2010

Hi,

I applied for Canadian PR through a consultancy in Dubai. They made me to fill and submit the application before April 05, 2010 at their office as they said there would be some change in the Canadian Immigration Law from April 10, 2010. But later, I came to know that they failed to submit it on or before April 10th and send our application to CI only on April 21, 2010. Can some one please tell me how this is going to affect my visa process. And actually what is the new change taken place on April 10th? So In my case how the procedure would be as its done after April 10th? and when should I submit my IELTS score? How long can I take to give the test from today?

All the consultant are very smart, they tell about changing rules and take your case early. So you can not think more and give them your case and they got the business.

There is no change after 10 April 2010 except little change in IELTS, that will not affect your case.
