New change Credential Evaluation

My sister submitted her EE application last month. She had her credential evaluation (WES) done .WES account was created and.filled by the consultant .

Now the consultant says that she has to pay addition CAD85 because IRCC needs to access the account . She already had paid CAD230 for the evaluation which includes the facility of access for IRCC, so wondering why the new charge .

Has anyone come across such problem recently ?

IRCC can access however if the report has to be sent to a Province under PNP program, then its always additional charge.

Seems like the consultant have done a mistake

Is it domestic or international? If international, CAD85 Should be the the Postal charges. For me it was $200 for evaluation and $85 for International Courier delivery. $285 altogether.

Sorry to say but this seems that your consultant is trying to have you shell out money for him only. IRCC can always access your ECA and there is no extra money charged
