new caregiver applications

Hello there,

I am planning to apply as a caregiver in 2020. since new rules has changed and the website shows caregiver program is stopped now, I am wondering about my chances of coming to canada. Also, I heard that now caregiver can apply with family to come to canada. can anyone help me with more information.
