I went through the New Brunswick Business PNP. Here one is required to make 75,000$ deposit, which will be refunded after 1 year of satisfactory business operation/meeting eligible criteria in the province of New Brunswick.

Is it required to stay in NEW BRUNSWICK province and operate in active business, after getting PR under Business PNP of a certain province? Or after getting PR..if we don't take the 75,000$ deposit... can we just discontinue the business plan and leave the province and do something else?
In any other province Business PNP, can we leave the original province/business plan after getting PR?
