New born expected in November!! please help

Hi members

I have filed my application under FSWP, and if it goes thru positive, I am expecting a new born in mid november.

So what are the additional docs and additional forms, (apart from birth cert, passport and photos) that i should keep handy when in comes as the case may be

What are the other details i should keep in mind when proceeding further.

In addition to copy of baby's birth certificate, copy of baby's passport and 4 photographs.
* Updated Form IMM5406 (Additional Family Information) for you and wife including your baby's info.
* Updated IMM0008 (Application for Permanent Residence in Canada) for you including your baby's (Dependant child) info.
* Form IMM5620 (Fee Payment Form - Application for Permanent Residence Federal Skilled Worker Class) including processing fee of Canadian $150 for child.
