Hello,
I'm a naturalized canadian citizen living outside of Canada and now I'm sponsoring my husband and our application is accepted, my husband has received his resident visa but after the visa was issued I gave birth to our first child. Since I 'm a Canadian citizen our baby is also Canadian and we received his citizenship certificate and passport but in my husband's application we had written that we don't have a child because we didin't have him back then.
Now we plan to land to Canada so do we have to contact CIC to notify them about the baby even if he won't be in the sponsorship application since he's Canadian? By the way, our son won't come with us when my husband first migrates, I will bring him after.

He's Canadian, CIC doesn't care. Congrats by the way!
