New bank account with funds from sold land

I closed my bank account 9 months ago after finishing working contract in the gulf. Unfortunately I have no other bank account. I also don't live in that country anymore and I have never lived in my country of origin.

Now I want to open a new bank account and deposit the full amount of the required EE funds. I intend to show that this money is from a land I had and sold to cover my immigration expenses.

In case I create EE profile and received ITA shortly, will my proof of funds be accepted?
I also intend to show the statement of my previous bank account which I closed 9 months ago in addition to the land ownership and selling contracts.

Is this safe to do or I would lose ITA due to the 6 months funds availability period?

This is perfectly fine. Just be sure to provide ALL the necessary documentation to backup the ownership of the land and the sale. This was exactly what we did.
