I was sponsored by my wife and I've just received my pr.
While the application was being processed, we had a new baby.

What shell we do now ? The application was just for me because my wife was pregnant at that time..
Can we make the landing anyway?
What status our son will have?

Where was your son born? If in Canada then there is no problem.

If outside Canada but you have not landed yet, you will have to let CIC know. They will ask you when you try to land but it is better if you disclose this ahead of time. I don't know what happens next (if you can land and your wife has to then sponsor your child and try to get a TRV for the baby or if you should update your application). Hopefully someone more knowledgeable that I can read your post and answer.

This is my wife's son also of course..
She is a Canadian citizen (which she received after being born to a Canadian mom but she never lived in Canada)

hmm... I think your child may not be Canadian then since your wife was born abroad to a Canadian parent since she would fall under the classification of the "first generation limitation":

So your child will need to be sponsored by your wife. What I said previously still holds about having to notify CIC the change in your family status.

I'm not sure. I would guess the office processing your application. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable that I about this process can answer here.

Unfortunately what you were supposed to do was to email your VO and inform them of the birth of the baby when it was born. The baby would have been added to your application and it would have all processed together. If you have already received your landing visa, then your process is complete and I think you may have to start the process over again with the baby.

It is really important to read everything and be aware of what information CIC needs from you. In everything that I've read, I have seen multiple times this notice:

When should I contact CIC?

You must notify CIC of any changes in your application, such as:

changes in your personal circumstances such as a birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce,
change in contact information (email, mailing address, phone number),
appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual, or,
decision to withdraw your application.

I think that you must submit a new application for your baby now. You can call CIC to confirm this with them, but I'm fairly certain that once they've issued the landing visa in your husbands passport, his process is complete and it would be too late to add your child to the application.

According to your previous posts, you only applied for PR last month. And now you're saying that your application is already approved. Are you posting for multiple people?

If you've received your COPR, don't land. You can return the COPR and add your child to your application.

Was the new baby born in Canada?

Considering that the OP said that his Canadian wife never lived in Canada, I doubt it.

No he was born outside of Canada.

Which documents I need to add / resend?

You must contact the Visa Office that issued your COPR and tell them about your baby. The baby cannot get Canadian citizenship from your wife (because the baby is second generation born abroad). Therefor, the only way to get the baby into Canada is by sponsoring. As a result, make sure you don't use your COPR to land. The Visa Office will tell you what documents you need to send in. they will cancel your COPR and add the baby to the application. Once everything is processed, they will issue you with a new COPR (for you and baby).

Which office? Mississauga or our local one?

The office that issued you your COPR, or the office that is processing your application abroad. From previous posts, I see you are in Israel, so you should contact the visa office in Tel Aviv.

By the way, in a post back in April, you were still filing out forms for your application, so how come you got PR already?
