Atlantic Immigration Program - International student stream after 6th March 2022

Please let me know if anyone who applied after March 6th, 2022 applied through the new program
I want to know about the details ..
An earlier pilot program is 6 months processing time and now after 6th march 2022, it's showing 1 year processing time.
Please advise anyone who applied from this new stream and I am planning to apply from PEI province.
Many guys have applied through the AIPP program only that is before 6th March 2022.
What will be the procedure for this program and the employer wants to give the employer form and offer an endorsement
