New applications under NOC1111 (Accountant and Auditor) are not acceptable?

I have a question for my friend who's going to apply for FSW under NOC1111. But based on the new NOC (29 items list), only NOC1122 is acceptable for now. Does it mean no accountants or auditors can apply for Canada FSW anyway?
