I am an August 2007 applicant under old Scheme from CHC London. (NOT FAST TRACK - POST FEB 2008).

Is it a good idea to withdraw the old application and re-submit under fast track as I saw the average wait time under old scheme from CHC London is 49 months against fast track is 16 months. He is in IT Hardware field so what do u think about new NOC, will that stream still stay on new NOC 2147 currently ?

I would appreciate your reply on above, please ?

There is no Category for IT in the current list and would suggest wait for the new list, if the IT is in the list then I would suggest going for a new Application. You can have 2 application in parallel to each other. I would recommend keeping both applications going.

No IT right now with current NOC, wait and try after 01 july 2011 if IT NOC's will there then possible to apply otherwise forget it upto next update again.... or find alternative way if you want to enter in canada on study visa or work permit.

I would wait to see what the new NOC list looks like after June 26, 2011. But of course getting a job is always the quickest way to get to Canada.

Since 0213 code in not in the list therefore you have to wait for next new NOC. As you are an August 2007 applicant under old Scheme from CHC London hence if NOC 0213 is there in new list then you can go for it but we are not sure that when will new NOC come, but i suggest if it comes in month or two periods and 0213 is there then you can apply by not withdrawing the old one i mean you can take along through processing in parallel form.
