New Application Advice

Hi,

I have recently decided to emigrate to Canada with my family. I done an online assessment on the the Canada Visa website and was told I qualified for a Federal Skilled Visa.

I have always wanted to move to Canada since my uni days, but due to family commitments it was not possible until now. With the beautiful landscapes, exciting outdoor activities and good job prospects it was the country for me.

I was after some advice on the application process and assurance from someone who has applied for the Federal Skilled Visa.

What do I need to prepare for the application?
How long does the application process take?
How easy is it for kids to get into school?

I would also appreciate any other advice you can give.
