Hello!
So I received a couple questions asking how exactly our application was structure. The images are below are the table of contents that we had made for each of our envelopes. Each envelop contained a fraction of the checklist provided by CIC.
Each of the title pages/ table of contents pages has;
-A number that reflects the CIC checklist on the left.
-A title of what that number is.
-Sub titles if there are more than one item within that checklist number
-Below the sub title are the number of pages we had for that item.
-A tab that identified each of the items
We put each of the three different parts of the checklist into one of the colored folder, then again into their envelope. The three envelopes were then put into a bigger envelope that we then put into a box that was sent to Mississauga..
Our lawyer we had who looked over this said that we shouldn't have any issues and it was one of the most organized and composed applications he's seen out of BC in 15 years. In the last photo, you can see an accordion folder on the very bottom full of our years worth of receipts that our lawyer said to keep handy, but that we shouldn't have to submit it, so we omitted it.
Please feel free to ask me any questions or comment.
*Mods, feel free to place this in the right thread.
Thank you! Hope this helps someone!
