Hi,

Here i am planning to apply for immigration under Federal skilled workers.

I am from india.

I have 7 years of experience as business development manager in fire safety industry.

Having an experience of Digital marketing & DOT COM business.

Kindly help me out on below mentioned queries....

1. What is a last date for application?

2. what is a NOC & how much time it will take to obtain it?

3. How much time ECA process will take & from which university would it be easier.

Try the main 2014 applicants thread, you're likelier to get help there.

1. There is a cap for each eligible occupation. Some are filling faster than others. It is suggested to apply ASAP. But the last possible date for applying under this program is 31 December 2014.

2. NOC is your National Occupation Classification. It is what job category you fit into based on this: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/OccupationIndex.aspx. Only certain NOCs are eligible for the FSW program: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

3. You can use any of the accepted organizations for ECA. It takes about 20 days from receipt of documents, so about 30 days from beginning (transcript request) to end (receiving ECA back in your hand), depending on how fast your university responds to transcript requests.
