New Address for Spousal 2018

Hi there,

Im confused right now which address will I send my application,

my wife is currently living in Philippines, outside Canada, will I send it to,
Sydney PO Box 9500, Sydney Nova Scotia B1P 0H5
or the addresss below:
If the application is submitted using a courier service instead of by mail, use 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2.
I am planning to send it to the second address,
