I though TEA (assume Ontario) was only for those with status in Canada so I assume you do.

No it's for anyone with a similar trade so as a fibre splicer I can take the test provided I can provide 4600 hours confirmed by a manager with explanations of my day to day work.. my immigration lawyer suggested it.. its like a red seal. Yeah ontario as that's the only province that regulates the telecoms sector

Have you started the application process? What test is part of the process?

I have not started the process as of yet but all the info is on the college of trades website.. as far as I'm aware il need to fly out to take a test that a journeyman apprentice will take the modules are on the website and it's alot. Iv been in touch with a network cabling instructor who has advised me on what to buy to study with but obviously the more info and advise I can gain will help massively.

It will be a long process. In the meantime get your ECAs and IELTs, if not completed yet. Assume you are eligible for Express Entry.

Have proof of funds which I do
And ielts which il boom for as soon as I get back so as to get the maximum out of the 2 years they last.
Have you completed the tea ?
