I have applied for Canada PR. Can I sponsor my Nephew (Sister's Son) who is 2 years old for his studies in Canada from KG.

If both of his parents are deceased and you have legally adopted him - then yes, you can sponsor him. Otherwise - no.

It would also be possible to adopt him without the parents being deceased but immigration would want to make sure that this is a real adoption and not just for the purpose of getting a PR for your nephew.

Another option would be to apply for a study permit for a child for him but if you do that, you would have to pay the tuition.

Just to add to Leon's comments: You would have to wait a few years for the study permit option to be possible since your nephew is too young (at 2 years old) to be attending school.
