Hello There,

I was refused visitor visa twice, once in 2011 from New Delhi office, second from Sydney office, Australia 2012. Both time I didnot have invitation letter and had just about 12 thousand dollors in account and no full time job.

Now I am applying in 2015, I have active bank balance of about 10 K since last one year. Have investment on stock of about 25 K, Job at an online paper as Journalist. I have travel history of USA, Singapore, Australia 2 times and Schengen area 3 times.

Now I am applying for a week long course at a university ( this is professional short course). Will I have beter chance of geting CANADA TRV this time??

Please suggest your idea.

Regards,

It looks like you have good evidence this time around to prove your ties back home, which is essentially what CIC cares about. Provide proof of all your financial status (bank account, investments etc). Get a letter from your employer stating how long you've worked there, your salary and that they approve your time off for this course. Make sure they put exact dates of travel and purpose. Include all the proof you can about past travel history (visas, airline tickets, entry stamps etc). Also provide something from this course you are taking, either your registration forms, payments, invitation etc..

Other things to prove ties back home: property ownership, future appointments, family situation

Hope this helps!
