Respected authorities I am Sarthak Sharma a resident of india applied for FSW program in the year 2014 for canada immigration. My application was accepted and all medicals were done successfully but i received a query letter from application centre warsaw poland dated 29 september 2016 which stated that i have misrepresented my employment history. I submitted all the supporting documents on October 22, 2016 with was delivered to their office dated October 26, 2016. My work experience was genuine and i did not misrepresented my employment history. I finally received a letter from CIC which stated that
As a result, you are inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years from the date of this letter. In addition, pursuant to subsection 40(3) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, because you are a foreign national who is inadmissible on the basis of section 40, you may not apply for permanent resident status during this 5 year period.
I request your good self that how can I resolve this matter.
I can firmly say that the Investigations were incorrect because the verification officer did not visit my workplace
for verification and might have visited some other department which has unnecessarily led to cancellation of my application for federal work class and a ban of 5 years. This ban has brought a big jolt to me and to my family and a big setback in my professional career.
