You are posting under business immigration so you should post under Express Entry. You need English language skills to get in invited. No alternative. Apply for jobs in canada on Canadian job sites, get job offer, get employer to file for LMIA and pay $1k. Employer has to prove no one in Canada except you can do the job. Once you have LMIA, you apply for closed work permit showing you can do the job and have English skills. Few employers go through the long process.
