I have an application to the caregiver program NOT the LCP and the visa got refused, the reason for refusal
It says" You have not satisfy me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

1) employment prospects in country of residence.

Can someone help me how to answer or what to provide to meet this requirements? My LMIA still valid until July 2016 and I would like to re-submit it.

I really appreciate any help from anyone.
Thank you very much.

You'll need to provide a lot more information - you haven't give us much to go on. Where are you from? Are you currently living in your home country or elsewhere with temporary status? What evidence did you provide to demonstrate ties to your home country or country of residence? Was this the only refusal reason listed or were there others? If there were other refusal reasons - what were they?

Thank you for your prompt reply. This is the only reason that was marks on the refusal letter.
The applicant is coming from the Philippines.
The following was submitted:
1)contract both signed by the employers and the employee.
2 the positive LMIA
3)the employer Notice of assessment
4) affidavit of confirmation that she needs a caregiver to his 2 sons. By the way the employer has a caregiver at the present but will ends her contract by June 2016.

Not sure what is missing, As I mentioned the LMIA is still valid till July 2016 so I would like to re-submit the application as soon as possible.

Thanks again.

So you submitted no proof demonstrating ties to your home country?

Applying as a caregiver and my visa was denied because of the following reasons below it reads:

" You have not satisfy me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

1) employment prospects in country of residence.

- I am asking any input or suggestions what kind of information that I can provide to meet the requirements. Do I get more information from my prospective employer?

Please help.
Thanks

Do you own any properties in your home country? A house/condo, a car etc. Any relatives? You need to show something that makes you want to leave Canada after the visa expires and go back to your home country.

Sorry what do you mean by that?

Oh Thank you very much. I did not realized that this are needed since I am applying for caregiver with a job offer.

My prospective employer is willing to help me out with this application, what kind of relevant information or support that she can provide.

Also, the 1st application was refused but the LMIA still valid till July 2016 I can still re-submit the application with new information added, right?

I really appreciate your inputs and suggestions, kind a desperate.

There is NOTHING that your prospective employer can provide to prove that YOU will return to your home country when your visa/work permit expires. What do YOU have that proves you will leave the country after your contract is finished? This is what the VO is looking for. If you do not provide this kind of information they assume that you don't plan to ever leave thus denying your visa.

This helps a lot, thank you very much.

I apologized for being stubborn but I just want to make sure that by providing those properties, car etc., in my application then this will be the answer to the phrase " employment prospects in country of residence."that was marked on the refusal letter?

It will help to address this issue - however there's no guarantee your second application will be approved. That decision is up to the visa officer.

OH I totally understand that there's no guarantee to get the visa and I really appreciate all your inputs to this concern.

I just what to clarify again what the VO meant by that phrase "employment prospects in country of residence". How can I address that pharse, what kind of information I should provide.
