my aunt is in canada from march 11th, she had some difficulties because she was pregnant ended up having the baby may 3rd, she didn't receive the baby passport and at this point she still hasn't, her 6 months was up September 11th but she had submitted her extensions application on the 12th of September. Is it a possibility she'd get her extensions so she could go back home to resume college and work? And she's a resident of the united states.

She had to apply for the extension before her six months was completed. Since she applied afterwards, she has been in Canada without status since September 12th and her extension is going to be refused. If she wants to remain in Canada, she needs to apply to restore her status and the restoration application MUST reach CIC in the next few days.

I don't understand the rest of your questions. She can leave Canada now. She doesn't need to wait for the extension to be approved.

Thanks for your help, but like she is almost in her nine months now in canada would it be a problem if she reach at the border, like rejecting, deportations etc?

No - there won't be a problem at the border. She can just leave. Canada has no exit checks.
