I need some advise if it is possible to email cpc-ottawa-pr about my passport and my son's passport. I sent the documents together with our passport Nov. 5th. Tracking number says that it's been received and signed Nov. 9, but I haven't heard back from them since. I haven't receive any email too that they received my passport so it's over 4 weeks now. I have few Friends submitted their passport Nov. 8 and it only took 2 weeks and it's been returned to them. Any advice for my concern it's highly appreciated. Thank you...
