colleges dont offer MBA universities do. If a requirement is written on university website mostlikely wont be waved unless something more valuable is presented like great GMAT score or solid experience etc. So u have to contact individual universities and ask them about it.

2- What is the prospects for MBA graduates from Canadian Universities in Canada in finance ? in other management roles ?
well there is no simple answer to this question. its like asking will i win a lottery? to win a lottery u first need to buy a ticket. MBA can be ur ticket. Degree/ diploma are only a piece of paper finding a job requires a lot of other skills like soft skills, networking, good past experience, good grades, knowledge of ur field, right city etc

refer to answer to point 2. everything has prospects in every country and canada is no exception everything depends on u. example business analysts in India also has good prospects it needs someone who can capitalize on their skills.
