NEEDED AN ANSWER

Hello everyone, I'm sending my inland application tomorrow but I have a problem. I have a son in the Philippines who is included in my application. I only have an affidavit saying his dad is giving me all the rights to my son and to stay with me in Canada. My question is.. is the affidavit enough or the immigration really needs the custody paper? Where to get a custody paper? Please I needed your help.

You are going to need a custody paper that is govt certified. It would come from the court that gave you custody of your son. If there is joint custody, you will also need the affidavit from your husband as well.
