I think Express Entry would not be beneficial for outsider skilled worker who has not canadian experience. The data what I have collected so far is Maximum points an outsider skilled worker can get 457 considering that..
1.) He or she has age within 29 yrs
2.) Exp more than 6 yrs
3.) Having Master degree
4.) IELTS score equivalent to CLB10 which is maximum.
Although the fulfillment of all these constraints is very rare and most of the outsider skilled workers lies with in cap of 400-450 points.
Moreover the latest 12th draw cover 1500+candidates within 6 points range of previous cutoff.
The scenario for outsider not going right in future.
