I have a question, and hope you can give me an opinion or answer about this issue.

So, i have a cousin in Canada that will send me a job offer (he runs his own company in Edmonton), and also will engage his company lawyer to care about applications and other stuffs on my behalf. As for me i am 31, have a bachelor degree, two year work experience outside of Canada and also hoping to get at least minimum scores in IELTS test if not more.

My question to you is, what are my chances to get there with Express Entry system?

No one knows as of now. It will depend on your CRS points ranking against others in the pool at a specific time of draw.

Although if you can get your cousin to ask for LMIA, you are pretty much set since little people will have that (especially early into the EE program)

Yes, LMIA gets you to the top of the pool. Getting it is not easy though.

LMIA assessment isn't a joke. There has to be enough proof that your Cousin tried his best to hire someone locally.

besar, you could be qualified for EE. But just a job offer gives you nothing in terms of high points in EE. You have to have LMIA for it and it will be a challenge for your cousin to get it for you.
