My friend who has applied with me under federal skilled worker under AOE option last year....He got his 1 AOR and waiting for 2nd AOR now.
He is on Work Permit right now and is in Toronto since 2 years...
Because of the New Regulations........His company has to extend his work permit thru LMO in June 2011.
All of a sudden yesterday, his company HR told him that they wouldn't do the LMO this year for him as the ETL Tool that he is into is in great Demand in Canada and cannot proceed further.
In this case:
what are the possible things that he can do? How can he extend his work permit?
What will happen to his PR Application which is in process?He being the Primary Applicant.
Although he wanted to consult Lawyer, just wanted some opinions from seniors..
