Currently, I'm in USA along with my family(my kid is US born). I've been working in USA as a software Engineer on H1B visa for the past almost 4 years. In fact, I'm NOT staying in USA continuously for the past 4 years. In between, I did go to my home country and coming back on different I-94s. As I want to settle down here in USA, I'm looking to apply for Green Card but I'm NOT sure whether I will get due to various reasons.
Hence please help me on the below two queries:
1. I would like to apply for 'Canada PR' from US itself. What is best way to get the Canada PR at the earliest ?
2. If I'm eligible to apply, who is the best agent or lawyer to consult with? Should I consult US immigration lawyers or Canada lawyers?
3. If I apply Canada PR, does it hamper my Green Card if I file?
