[Need your Help] Forget both password & recovery question

Hi Everyone,
I am from Vietnam, I just apply my visa last week & already have biometric also.
Unfortunately, I do forget both password & answes for recovery question
Please advice me how to reset my password in order to keep me posted on my application status ? I tried many times for the last many days but without any outcomes
