need your help for study visa.got refusal

Hi all seniors
I want to discuss my case
I applied for canada study visa in jan 2014 with my part time computer course and part time job.first of all i dis uss my profile
10th- 58% from 2006 to 2007
3years diploma in cse - 52% from 07-10
After that a part time 1 year course of dca from 11-12
And 1 year part time work from 12 to 13
In nov 2013 applied for student visa and got refusal that u will not leave canada at the end of study
Now at that time when i m doing my part time work and dca diploma i was also doing regular b.tech from 2011 to 2014 june....but i did'nt show it to visaofficer my question is that now i clear my b.tech can i show my b.tech now.
Is visa officer accept it or he will do a ban from country

Are you saying that when you applied for a study permit back in 2013, you didn't declare in your application that you were studying part time?

Thanx for reply i declared part time bu not my regular study can i declare it now for again apply to canada

It's difficult to say what will happen. You committed misrepresentation on your original application by failing to mention your regular studies. CIC still has those application details on records. If CIC compares your new application to your old application they will most likely refused you. Again, it's difficult to say what will happen - however you probably have a pretty good chance of being refused if you try to declare your diploma now.

Sorry - it's a bit difficult to understand from your earlier posts what you did and didn't declare.

Yes - there's certainly some chance you might end up with a 2 year ban. I can't tell you how much of a chance.

if i get u clear, you are running ur B.Tech when u applied in 2013 but did not declare it in your application, but now u want to declare it and afraid you may be penalise for that. Am i correct. If I am correct, I am sure u cannot penalise for that because you have not been awarded that certificate that time bcos it was ongoing. Even after application, there is room for u to send additional information if gotten after application. You will only explain that it is excluded from previous application because it has not been awarded at that time and now it has been officially awarded you deem it fit to include it in your application as an additional qualification.

yes u are absolutely right....there is one more problem plz help me for solving it also...i shown which certificate to cnadian embassy from 2011 to 13 are 1 year diploma and 1 year work experience... I did it part time but did not show to embassy that it is part time nor i any where written that it is full time.....now the main problem is can i show it part time in application now or visa officer will take it wrong...thankyou very much for reply
