My job is Administrative Assistant (NOC:1241)
Also employment requirement is completion of secondary school or/and 2-year college from the NOC description.
However, I went to 4-year University...Does this matter??

You are over qualified, but I dont think over qualified is an issue... as long you meet the minimum requirements you are good

Disregard the employment requirements. Your job description should match the NOC, and as long as its a skilled position (which in your case, it is), you're good to go!
