Dear all, I am facing a terrible problem. Yesterday I received the request letter from CIC. In this letter two items which have been asked for made me so confused. 1) statutory declaration outlining circumstances of the offences; and 2) trial records. I think that could be caused by the police certificate provided by the ACPO criminal records office in UK, which showed the offence in 2004-using vehicle with defective tyre. Now the most important thing is where I can get the statutory declaration and trial records.
Anyone met the same thing can help me? give me some advise? thanks a lot!

Check CIC site to see if there is a form with this title "statutory declaration outlining circumstances of the offences; ". If it's not a form then it is most likely an affidavit that you need to prepare declaring and explaining the situation around that offence.

Trial records; I am confident ACRO will give you the records with your consent but you need to clarify with them.
