Need which other agencies than WES would evaluate executive post graduate in business administration

I did a executive post graduate from LIBA .degree certificate is directly issued by LIBA..I heard only IQAS evaluates it as Master's.It takes longer time. Is it possible to get it completed from ICAS or CES
