i want to need urgent information from seniors that if somebody complain about immigration fraud to citizenship fraud department E-mail from abroad then can that department will tell to main candidate or his solicitor or lawyer that they have received that complain EMAIL after the final decision ?

If CIC is investigating immigration fraud, it would notify the main applicant through email.

Actually my question is that if somebody complain to CIC about immigration fraud which he did in canada immigration application then can CIC will inform to fraudster or to his solicitor or lawyer about immigration fraud complain " that cic received your immigration fraud complain" or i will be confidential ? kindly reply i need urgent information

Like I said, CIC will inform the applicant themselves that CIC is currently investigating their status which he or she has gained. Not to any lawyer or representative.

You can report someone anonymously, if that is your concern.

okay if i report a immigration fraud anonymously to CIC then my question is that my email data and papers proves will remain confidential from fraudster ? or if fraudster hire a solicitor or immigration lawyer then can fraudster or his lawyer can get that fraud report email data and proves or it will be remain confidential from fraudster and his immigration layer by CIC?

An accused person has the right to know what information is being used to accuse them so that they can rebut it. You can provide the information anonymously but if only you and the person you are accusing knows this information, then obviously they will know it was you who reported it.
