I am trying to apply for BOWP. My AOR in July. What can I answer for the following question:

"Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? Yes or NO"

If I say "NO", the system directs me to apply for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).
